Today, during our Sexual Harassment Awareness session, as Bulkstream family, we reflected on what harassment really means: unwelcome advances, inappropriate jokes or comments, abuse of authority, and behaviors that demean or intimidate colleagues.
We deliberated that the impact goes far beyond the individual — it harms mental health, destroys trust, weakens performance, and corrodes the very culture that sustains success.
We shared on how we know that respect is everyone’s responsibility. That each of us must act as the first line of defense by holding ourselves to the highest standards of professionalism, speaking up when something is wrong, and ensuring every colleague feels safe, valued, and supported.
